What are your store hours?

Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays, all federal holidays, Black Friday, December 26, and New Year’s Eve. On Christmas Eve we close at 2:00 PM.

Which shipping carriers do you offer?

We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service — including full-service DHL Express shipping, international shipping, and freight.

Can I drop off a package that already has a label?

Yes! We accept package drop-offs for DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Just bring your labeled package in.

Can you pack my items for me?

Yes — professional packing is one of our specialties, including fragile items, electronics, furniture, and framed art with glass.

Do you have a notary?

Yes, we have a notary on staff during all store hours and no appointment is needed. Bring a valid photo ID and ALL of your forms — not just the signature page — and please don’t sign until the notary can watch you sign.

Can I rent a mailbox?

Yes. We offer private key mailboxes in three sizes with a real street address (not a PO Box), plus virtual mailboxes through Anytime Mailbox and iPostal1 so you can view and manage your mail online.

Can I have packages delivered to your store?

Yes — our package receiving service lets you have packages sent to our store address and pick them up here, safe from porch pirates.

Do you take passport photos?

Yes, passport photos are ready in minutes and cost $15.95. No appointment needed.

How do I send you a file to print?

Email your file to info@expressmail360.com and tell us how many copies, color or black & white, what size, what type of paper, and your deadline.

Do you offer fax services?
